The overture to our casual plant-forward dining experience is Donnersmarkt Bar. This newly-launched aperitivo bar redefines the Viennese aperitif experience with a unique curated selection of low ABV drinks: each paired with complimentary plant-forward light bites from the Donnersmarkt kitchen.

As the only aperitivo bar in the city to offer complimentary dishes alongside aperitifs, the light bites served at Donnersmarkt Bar take a Chef’s Table approach. Chef will serve a selection of specially-curated Alpine-inspired light bites that change daily according to the Donnersmarkt menu. Expect delicious local, seasonal, plant-forward fare that elevates the aperitivo offering, making use of the kitchen’s freshest produce and contributing to Almanac’s zero waste drive.
